Naked Fun at Gammie and Pop Pop's

On the Friday of my Spring Break, also Good Friday, we all went to Tommy's dad's to have tacos. Vicki makes the best tacos! Addie didn't eat any of the tacos, but she did eat plenty of shredded cheese, which made a HUGE mess. She then ate (and played with) oranges, which all in all, just equalled a really, nasty kid. I immediately put her in the bathtub, because anything she touched would have been destroyed! After putting her in the bathtub (and after she stood up, slipped, and hit her head, at the same time Vicki was telling me not to let her stand up that it was really slippery), I realized I did not have a change of clothes for her. I had taken them out of my mom's car (what we had driven in all day) and never put them in our car. So, Gammie just left and went to the Big K to get Addie some pj's!

Apparently, Big K is the place to be on a Friday night in Lexington these days! What took her so long, is the fact that Kmart is so terribly unorganized - she said she just about didn't even find the pj's at all! But Addie had a blast running around their house naked while we waited. (She takes after her mama!) Thanks for new pj's Gammie! We should leave a pair at your house!

Rock-y, Rock-y - the child dearly loves to rock, and I am SO glad! It's the only cuddle time we get these days!

She's also starting to love pillows now, and will take them off our couch or her chair or wherever to lay on them. She especially loves to lay on the ones on Tommy's and my bed!

This is her running, as fast as she can, while yelling so her voice vibrates with each step. These days, instead of getting grumpy when she's tired, she gets wound tighter and tighter and wilder and wilder!

And an attempt at a cuddle with Pop Pop! That didn't last long!
