I took a sewing class! WooooHoooo!!!! I loved every minute of it! I made Addie Kate a little A-line dress and have since then made her another one, and cut out a 3rd one that will be made once I find the time! They are so quick and easy! The two that I've already made though, of course, weren't quite good enough. My mom and I appliqued a sailboat to the one that I made in the class, and added cute little red star buttons. Mom then (tried to) teach me how to make the ruffled pants that go with the jumper, but they were difficult. I LOVED it and hope I can make more by myself. It hasn't been warm enough for Addie to wear the other dress just yet, but hopefully soon it will be and I'll put that picture up here - and you can see how my mom helped me make it extra-cute for my girl!
We also made yummy cupcakes and decorated them with flowers and bunnies. Here is Addie showing off her new outfit and licking the beaters! Now that's a good day!
