A few miscellaneous iphone pictures from April...
Oh Drew... you'd think we didn't feed him. That little booger starts pitching a FIT anytime food is around and he's not the one eating it, or even if he thinks you are getting food out! Good gracious. And he's trying to be picky... which Tommy and I refuse to let him (or Addie Kate) be! Oh, he's a mess. Above is big sister feeding the little bird some Baby Goldfish - one of his favorites.
Googa and Drew in a typical weekend-in-Lexington position. They take great naps together!
My two - in a picture I sent to Tommy to say goodnight while he was out of town. I love Addie Kate's baby face here!
I started weaning Drew after spring break. This is how he chose to drink a bottle one afternoon. Little turkey. He is hilarious! And big sister loved to help, as always!
Here's my adorable little man in one of his Easter treats. I loved this little hat - it reminds me of my Pop. My Pop could pull off this style hat better than anyone I know!
Mom came to town to help me for a little bit during Tommy's two week trip after Easter. We always celebrate with a trip to Tutti Frutti or Yogurt Mountain. Drew ate more than the rest of us on this day. And Mimi, the good sport that she is, just finally gave in and gave AK her yogurt. She liked it a lot better than the concoction she'd made for herself!
My girl here practicing on her big girl bike for her school's Trike A Thon fundraiser for St. Jude's. She was so proud of herself! And I was proud of her too... just always a little sad to see that baby dwindling away!
I took a picture of Addie Kate in a big girl-looking outfit. I couldn't leave little man out, so I got a quick pic of him as well. Sister was helping him look at the camera - ha! Notice the bottle in his hand - we just kept all of his bottles in a container instead of in the cabinet. (We did the same with Addie Kate.) It has become one of his favorite things to play with. He just loves taking things out and putting them back in containers. I love the simplicity of a sweet baby's joy!
