to get this baby out of the crib?
Probably!
I'll admit, Tommy and I were not in any hurry to get AK out of her crib. She was happy, she never attempted climbing out or anything like that, and we were happy. Why upset the apple cart? (Although I did have plenty of obnoxious and rude people tell me how wrong it was for her to still be in the crib, and that we were just lazy for not moving her! What? That would be why I rarely take parenting advice from others!) So, Tommy finally converted it to the toddler bed, and I think it was a great transition piece. These pictures were in October, right after her 3rd birthday. Now it's February (I know, sad) and we are putting her in her big girl bed this weekend!
Sometimes, she just preferred the floor! Just kidding - but how she could fall out of her bed, and stay there, face in the dustruffle like that, uncovered, and sleep that hard, is beyond me!
OMG! Who would say something like that? Well, nevermind... people always say crazy stuff. Believe me- we didn't move Barrett until he was almost 3 and I was wanting to wait longer but Phil was antsy to do it. I say wait as long as you want to!!!! She is too cute!
